One of the very first drum machines, the Wurlitzer Sideman. Sounds were fully produced by tubes and rhythms were played back by a rotating wheel that shot a sound each time the brush touched a contact. Very fat sound and a piece of history !

TEXAS INSTRUMENTS LANGUAGE TUTOR / TRANSLATOR
The two different versions of the machine, the Texas Instruments Language Tutor and the Language Translator. There were four different languages available, German, English, Spanish and French. More were planned, but to my knowledge unfortunately never went into production. [...]
SIMMONS DIGITAL CLAP TRAP
Now with a sampled and looped clap on an Eprom chip. still uses mixable noise as sort of reverb. Also great for filtered noise bursts.
